Our Day of Action: Water

On the 22nd of March Scoil Mhuire celebrated our Day of Action to achieve our 4th Green Flag.
As the theme for this flag is water all classes took part in some very exciting water activities.

There were lots of science experiments involving water in all the classrooms.

Our whole school also created a piece of art to represent the lack of access to clean water in some countries around the world. Each child coloured in one raindrop.
​

We all had a great day and are committed to saving water both at home and in school.
