There was much excitement in Scoil Mhuire today when Mrs O Brien and 3 hardworking members of the Green School Committee (Caoimhe, Rihanna and Eva) collected our 4th Green Flag today.
 A trip to the Radisson Hotel was needed to pick up our new green flag with lots of other schools travelling far and wide to celebrate their achievement. |  |
As you can imagine this was a very proud day for Mrs O Brien and the Green Schools committee . A huge amount of work is put into the application for this flag and it effect on teaching the children about environmental awareness cannot be underestimated.
